Bradley Michael Hernandez of Hemet, California passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was born Tuesday, October 16, 2012, he was the son of Michael Luna Hernandez L and Stephanie Jahnsen. He had a beautiful smile and a strong grip. He was learning to giggle and was always looking around. Bradley seemed naturally curious and observant. He loved to fall asleep while being held.
Surviving is his loving parents Michael Luna Hernandez and Stephanie Jahnsen, and brother, Jeramiah Hernandez Luna.
