Carmen Ascencio

Maria De Carmen Ascencio De Camarena, 84 of San Jacinto, California passed away on Friday, July 19, 2013, at Hemet Valley Medical Center. Carmen was born Sunday, May 19, 1929 in Jalisco Mexico.Surviving are children; Salvador Camarena, Cristobal Camarena, Javier Camarena and Antonio Camarena, daughters, Consuelo Ascencio, Maria Martinez, Anita Sandoval, Carman Moya, Chayo Flores and Teresa Camarena. Carmen had 28 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.She loved to collect Horses. Carmen loved having family gatherings. Carmen enjoyed shopping, traveling, cooking and everything about nature. She had a great sense of humor.She was well respected and was a lovely woman. Carmen was sweet and caring to everyone she met. One of her favorite things was to listen to Mariachi music.Carmen was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed by Family and friends.

A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday at McWane Family Funeral Home located at 350 N. San Jacinto St. Hemet, California 92543 with the Father Cristobal Subosa officiating. Interment will be in San Jacinto Valley Cemetery, San Jacinto, CA. at 2:00 PM.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at McWane Family Funeral Home, 350 N. San Jacinto St., Hemet, California .
