Catherine M. Puckett, 86 of Corona, California passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Born Tuesday, January 5, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late David Omara and the late Catherine Evans Omara. She served as a WAC in the Army from 1949 until 1952. Her family remembers her as someone who loved to learn new things and to always try to improve herself. She was an avid reader and loved to travel to foreign counties. Surviving are daughter, Kathleen Reed of Mira Loma, CA. and grandson Kyle Chavez
