Cecil John Rich passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021, in San Jacinto, California; he was born on February 20, 1964, in Pomona, California to the late William and Joyce (Adams) Rich.
Cecil was a plumber for 30 years. He loved playing his guitar and loved anything to do with music.
He is survived by his children and their families, Amber Alexander, Anthony Rich, and Andrew Rich; and his siblings, Alicia Robles and Toni Novotny; five grandchildren.
There will be a Celebration of Cecil’s Life on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at 3 pm at Miller-Jones Mortuary 26770 Murrieta Rd., Menifee, Ca 92586. He will be laid to rest at Menifee Valley Cemetery.
