Charles Herbert Bedford, 80 of Hemet, CA passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018, in Hemet, CA. He was born on Saturday, March 20, 1937 in Milan, MO. He was the son of the late Herbert Bedford and the late Carcie (Maggart) Bedford.
Charles was raised in Kansas, joined the Navy at 17 years young. Station in Brementon, WA. He attended University of Washington. Graduated as a metal urgical engineer.
Met JoAnne and married her. Had 3 children and adopted one boy. After JoAnne passed away he meet Velma Swenson and married her in 2007. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife JoAnne who passed away May 5, 2006. His son David Bedford and son Donald Bedford.
He is survived by his wife Velma Swenson, daughter Laurie Bedford, Michael & Sarah Sur, Laurie Ann & Vance Fung, grandchildren Catherine Bedford, Anthony Bedford, Leliah Fung & Makuha Kai Sur, daughter in law Cecilia Berdford.
His light shined to those who loved him.
