CLAIR EUGENE OTT, age 85, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2017. Clair was born in Windber, Pennsylvania on March 18 1932. Captain Ott served his country for 20 years in the Marine Corps. Clair lived in Hemet the last 27 years of his life becoming active in lawn bowling. For the last 6 years Clair enjoyed traveling with his best friend and companion Bonnie Figgins. He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Sue Ott; survived by 2 daughters, Claire Long and Patricia Ott; 2 stepchildren, Daniel Kirksey, and Pattie Wilkens; 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. Services will be held at Miller Jones Mortuary 1501 W Florida Ave Hemet, CA 92543 on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 10:30 am. A private graveside service and full military honors will be held after at Riverside National Cemetery. Clair touched many lives and will be truly missed by all those who were honored to know him and who loved him.
