Born Friday, August 28, 1936 in California, she was the daughter of the late Esther L. and Ray Keith.
Constance was a manager in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years. She was a member of the Lions Club. Constance enjoyed horseback riding, collecting dolls, bells, and hats.
Surviving are daughter, Debra Alvarado, sisters, Carolyn Conrad, Corky Jackson, 8 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by daughter, Diana Lynn Smith.
Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
