Crespin Anthony "Pops" Rosales, 80, of San Jacinto, CA, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, CA. Born on February 26, 1934 in Los Angeles County, CA; he was the son of the late Crespin and Annie Rosales.
A talented Chef for over 40 years, everyone loved his cooking. Part of his career was spent at the prestigious Mission Inn in Riverside.
Preceded in passing by his wife, Nancy Rosales, Pops is survived by his sons, Anthony and Rudy Rosales; brother, Richard Rosales; grandson, Aden Rosales; and many loving nieces and nephews.
