Cristina Maria Nunziante Madden, 85 of Temecula, California passed away on December 12, 2015.
Cristina was born in Cava de Tirreni, Salerno, Italy on February 17, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Alfonso Nunziante and the late Maria Berner Nunziante.
Family was the center of Cristina's life. She was a very nurturing mother. She came from a family of musicians and music was a central part of her life, she especially had a love for Italian Opera. Cristina grew up near the Mediterranean, loved the sea, collecting seashells and was always happiest at the sea.
Cristina enjoyed cooking Italian food with ingredients from her herb and tomato garden as well as tending to her beautiful rose garden.
Cristina joined her loving husband Robert Armand Madden in eternal rest. Surviving are daughters, Lucia Nunziante (James Modzelewski), and Mary Laub (Timothy Laub), sisters Anna, Vincenza and brothers Mario and Antonio, grandchildren, Shaun Laub (Liene), Nicholas Laub, Phillip Laub (Alicia Williams), and great grandchildren Scarlett Rose Laub and Calvin Laub. She will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
