Born Thursday, November 18, 1999 in Hemet, California , he was the son of Everette Chacon and Francisca C. Moreno.
Surviving are brother, Adrian Moreno, sister, Angelina J. Chacon, paternal grandmother, Rachelle Chacon, maternal grandparents, Rogelio & Blanca Moreno.
Damian was a people person, very high spirited, always with an infectious smile and always enjoyed taking on a new challenge. Damian was on the football team at San Jacinto High School. He loved family get togethers, eating hot wings, chili fries, and playing video games.
Damian will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
