

Danny William Joya Jr., 26, of San Jacinto, passed away on August 10, 2019 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident involving a Big Rig. He was born April 15, 1993 in San Bernardino, the son of Danny William Joya Sr. and Guadalupe Joya. He attended Moreno Valley schools and graduated from Rancho Verde High School in 2011, where he was a member of ROTC. He previously attended Moreno Valley Community College.
Danny began to learn how to skateboard as a young boy, and enjoyed taking his skateboard everywhere he went. His love for music began when he was a young boy learning how to use turn-tables on his DJ. Danny learned how to play his first guitar, a bass in middle school and learned how to play his electric guitar in highschool. Danny also showed his love for music by attending music festivals with his closest friends. He loved to drive his Mitsubishi Evo X and enjoyed car events.
Danny is survived by his parents Danny Sr. and Guadalupe Joya of San Jacinto; his sisters Brandy and Candy Joya of San Jacinto. He also leaves his maternal grandmothers, Maria Vallarta of Perris, and his paternal grandmother, M. Flor Rodríguez of Yuma. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
