Delia was born on May 30th 1942 in Sonora, Mexico to her late parents Juan Encinas and Mariana Ramos Encinas, she grew up with her siblings, Bobby, Martha, Julia, Sylvia, Rosa, Idalia, Elvia, Johnny, Ricardo and Maria de Jesus.
Delia married Jose Luis Valdez with whom they had 6 children, Lydia, Jose Luis Jr. Beatrice, Mario, Korina and Armando. Delia was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and companion. She was loved by everyone who had the privilege to have known her. Delia was devoted to her family as a homemaker and matriarch to her family. She was a very special person that was loved by all, and she loved everyone as well (just don't step on her lawn...her pride and joy). She was very passionate about gardening and loved Nature, especially the mountains. We also can't forget her "favorite" o.g. dog Rocky. Delia was the rock,heart and soul to her family. She was an amazing person and she will forever be missed.
