Diana Cortez, 65, of San Jacinto, CA, entered into eternal rest peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Diana was born on June 30, 1948 to the late Beatrice Rowe and Robert Smithurst in Long Beach, CA. Diana was the wife of Lupe Cortez, whom she was married to for over 40 years celebrating a joyous life together filled with the love of not only her family but her incredible friends whom she considered family. During her life, she enjoyed traveling to Mexico, gardening, cooking, music and creative financing.
She is survived by her husband Lupe Cortez, her son, Andrew Cortez, Duane Cabot, Jeremy Cabot and Tim Cabot.
