Diane Willis, 68, of Hemet, CA passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, CA. Born Thursday, May 4, 1944 in Moline, Illinois; she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Bernice Welsch.
An assembler in electronics for twenty years, she had worked for Zenith and Deutsch during her career. Diane was a kind, loving woman who dedicated her life to the Lord. She attended Hope Chapel and enjoyed watching religious programs on television, and collecting crosses and other religious décor. She was also a talented poet and enjoyed expressing her loves on paper.
She is survived by her son, Deon Scott Willis of San Jacinto, CA; daughter, Joanne Van Aalst of Vancouver, WA; sister, Judy; and grandchildren, Ryan, Derek, Douglas, and Kayla.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Menifee Valley Memorial Park, 26770 Murrieta Road, Sun City, CA 92586.
