Dorothy Mae Morgan

Dorothy Mae Morgan, age 90 of Moreno Valley, California was born on Thursday, April 15, 1920 in Jamestown, New York. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Gill and the late Esther Holm Gill. She married William H. Morgan on December 25, 1939. For over 20 years sheworked for Bigelow's Department Storeas a Sales Clerk. She enjoyed knitting, playing cards, gardening, spending time with her family, entertaining her grandkids and cooking. They will forever remember her as the "Gourmet Cook". On Thursday, November 11, 2010 Dorothy passed away inMoreno Valley, California. She will forever be in the hearts of those who loved her. Dorothy was preceded in death byher husband of 62 years William. Sheis survived by sons, John William Morgan and his wife, Shirley of Moreno Valley, California and James A. Morgan and his wife Christine of Hot Springs, Arkansas; six grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 2:00pm at The Moreno Valley United Methodist Church located at 10271 Heacock Ave., Moreno Valley, California, 92555. Inurnment will be held at Sun Set Hills Cemetery, Jamestown, New York. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the church in Dorothy's name.
