Eldon Eugene Hunt, 91 of Hemet, California passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013, at his home in Hemet, Ca. Eldon was born Wednesday, December 28, 1921 in Port Stanley, Washington. Surviving are daughters, Beverly Kovacik of Hemet, CA and Kay Ramlow of Vista, CA; 12 grand children; 3 great grand children. Eldon was married to his late wife Norabelle for 71 years. She was the love of his life. He served in the Army during W.W. I I. Eldon was a very spiritual man and was dedicated to his faith. He attended the Church of the Nazarene. He was instrumental in starting the Nazarene youth baseball team at his church. His family would say that he had a Christ like integrity, that he was giving, loving, and a devoted husband and father. Two organizations that Eldon was a member of The Old Time Fiddling Assoc. and the Missionary Fellowship. Eldon was an amazing musician. He played the guitar, harmonica, and was a singer. He loved music. As a teen he played and sang on the radio. Eldon's favorite types of music were country and gospel. He played in a band called The Cascade mountaineer Band. He played the guitar and sang. He would have jam sessions with his family and friends at home.
