Fernando Dukes Necochea, 65 of San Jacinto, California passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at home surrounded by family and friends. Fernando was a Vietnam Veteran who lived in the valley for 55 years, where he had been involved in with the Ramona Pageant and Sheriffs Mounted Posse. Surviving sons, Nathan Necochea and wife Carin , Erik Necochea and wife Amy, daughter, Julie Necochea, and grandchildren, Landon, Ethan, Mason, Graclyn, Kalib, Gavin, and Madison.
