On February 3rd 2021, our mother, Frances Hayes, was able to pass away peacefully. She had been fighting for many years due to health problems and contracted Covid-19 in the beginning of January. After weeks of fighting her body was unable to keep going. Frances has always been a fighter with her illnesses over the years. She was able to beat breast cancer and become cancer free for more than 15 years. She constantly battled lupus and COPD but was always smiling on the other side. She was a kindhearted woman that cared for everyone she came into contact with no matter who it was. She wanted everyone to know that she was always there for them and that she was someone they could always go to at any time. She loved her family greatly and over the years adopted many others into the family. She will be survived by her husband, Earl Hayes, her children; Jonathan, Jesus, Mary, Katherine Hayes, and Raymond Pippin, her grandchildren; Owen and Haley Pippin, and her siblings; Juanita Mendoza, Fernando Garcia, Esther Garcia and Luis Garcia. A funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 11:30AM.
