Frank served his country honorably in the Marine Corp and Air Force. He retired from the Air Force after 30 years of dedicated service. Soon after, he began his career with the California Highway Patrol. He protected his community for over 27 years.
Frank was a man that was admired by all that knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever in the hearts that loved him most.
Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California, where the family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, October 26, 2018. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. The committal service will be at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:45 PM, Friday, October 26, 2018.
