Frank brought much joy to his family. He grew up to be a remarkable man, father and husband. Frank's work ethic and enthusiasm for life was unparalleled. He managed payroll for a security office for 22 years; where he earned the love and respect of his peers. Frank was an outgoing, friendly and fun man to be around. His children regard him as more than a father but as a great friend because Frank made sure that love, respect and communication was always a priority in their lives. Frank enjoyed being active, some of his joys included playing softball, fishing, traveling, playing cards, watching horse races, and hunting. Hunting was a favorite pass time of Frank and is what brings many special memories to his children; they recall their father teasing them about eating Bugs Bunny, Donald Duck or Porky Pig while enjoying the hunt their father brought home. Though the pain of losing a magnificent husband, father and son, those that were fortunate to cross his path will rejoice on the beautiful memories they all shared and created with Frank.
Frank leaves to cherish his memories: His loving and devoted wife Charlott Clingman-Browning, three children Sharlett, Kelly, and Kiva: two brothers Jerry (wife Janice), Fred; two sisters: Debra and Maria (deceased) and a host of aunts, uncles, close in-laws, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Frank is preceded in death by his mother Catherine Browning and sister Maria Williams.
