George Willard Houston, 82 of Temecula, California passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, at Devonshire Care Center in Hemet, California. He was born Friday, September 12, 1930, and was the son of the late Richard and Bertha Houston. George enjoyed talking to people and was one where he entered a room a stranger and left with friends. He enjoyed peoples company and sharing their experiences. George was known to travel to Laughlin and Las Vegas to play his keno numbers and often times came away a winner. His favorite food was pizza or any Italian Food. George was known for his sayings " Oh Boy, and God bless you " George was a master mason for years. His family describes him as a great dad and father. He liked to share his opinion at times whether asked for it or not. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Dempkowski, sons Larry Houston, and Dan Houston and 4 grand sons. Service are to be held privately.
