He is survived by his daughter Victoria Ochoa and son William Ochoa, his brothers Angel and Sam, and sisters Jessie Conkin, Emily Ochoa, Betty Ochoa and Rosie Hernandez. George was a correction officer for over 15 years. He could be both serious and funny, he got his name George due to the fact that he was born on George Washinton's birthday. He was a fan of boxing and was an amateur boxer himself.
