Helen P. Quinn, age 80, of Winchester, California, was at home with family when she entered eternity on Sunday, November 20, 2011. She entered life on Wednesday, April 8, 1931 in Salt Lake City, Utah as the daughter of Samuel and Ellen Proctor.
Helen worked hard during her young adult years as she was active in the family's demolition and tree trimming business. She moved to Winchester following her marriage to Darryl in 1985.
Helen loved serving and helping friends and family and strangers. For more than 10 years she has worked 30 hours per week extracting vital records information for indexing and access so the information will be available to genealogists through the internet.
Helen is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Darryl Quinn; 4 children, Angelique Anderson, Robert Layton, Michael Layton, Daniel Layton; 2 sisters, Barbara Armstrong, Carol Thompson, 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
