Jeffrey James Trujillo

Jeffrey James Trujillo, age 78, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away, Sunday, September 8, 2019, in Loma Linda, California. He was born on July 26, 1941 in Taos, New Mexico to the late Leo and Lucy Trujillo.

Jeffrey served his country honorably in the Navy. Soon after he began his career within the school district as a coach and educator. He retired after 30 years of dedicated service. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and students.

Those left to cherish his memory are wife, Mary Dorothy Trujillo; children, Jay Trujillo, Kimberly Trujillo, Monica Scarborough, Leigh Ann Long and Jon Trujillo; grandchildren, Jasper Gary, Cheyenne Williams, Alyssa Trujillo, Jared Trujillo, Jeffrey Trujillo, Taylor Long, Jesse Trujillo, RyLeigh Long, Savannah Scarborough, Hailee Scarborough, Jalen Long, Sierra Trujillo, Jason Trujillo, Ari Long, Sydnie Trujillo and Mason Long; great-grandchildren, Elora Williams and Uriah Williams; siblings, Geraldine Russell, Albert Trujillo and Steven Trujillo and a host of other family members and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California, where the family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, September 16, 2019. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM. Reception to be held at Miller-Jones Mortuary at 3:00 PM.
