John D. Hale

John D. Hale was 97 when he passed peacefully on Saturday the 18th of April. John was retired for many years from the Civilian Air Force. After retirement he had a second career as an Owner/ Broker of Hale Real Estate with his Son, David in Placentia and Hemet, he was a licensed real estate broker up until his death. He was married to Mary Hale for 50 years, and after her passing to Helen Hale for 17 years. He was dedicated to his family, his church, and his many friends. He was father to Steven (Pam), and David (Janet) and step father to Gary (Liz) Puffer, Donna (Ed) Yarnovich, and Carolyn Powers

John's Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren are Brian Hale (Marette) children Autumn, Brett and Emily Rae, Aaron and Andrew Heckathorn, Adam Heckathorn (Julie) Children Owen and Gavin, Alex Prichard (Jessica) and Joseph Hale (Camille)

When John and Helen were married he was blessed with additional family. He called them the tribe and they called him Dad or Grampa.

John's Grandchildren and Great Grand Children (Helen's side) are Kevin (Erin) Southerland, Children Justin, Sierra, Garret; Craig(Tasha) Southerland, Children Chase and Cade; Shannon (Patrick) Jehoich, Children Brittnay, Courtney, and Nigel; Brandon (Lisa) Puffer, Children Darrin, Ashley, Hailey, Morgan and Ashlyn; Todd (Jamie) Puffer, Children Erin, Emma, and Carson.

John had many close friends from his business, church family and neighbors. He was active well into his nineties and was of service to all.

He will be greatly missed by everyone but John will make a great guardian angel because he has a lot of experience.
