Joe was born in El Salvador to parents, Victor and Hilda, he then moved to Los Angeles when he was 3 years old, he cherished the memories that he had growing up with his sister, Norma and held those memories close to his heart. When Joe was in Jr. High School he met Terry, the love of his life and wife of 38 years. Joe and Terry then went on to create a wonderful life together. They welcomed their first son Joe Jr. in July of 1978, shortly after that they welcomed their second son, Tony in October of 1980. The family then moved to Texas where they welcomed their third son Raymond in August of 1984. Life began in Orange County. Joe took great pride in his affiliation with the Dukes Car Club. Joe was the former President and Vice-president of the club. He owned a 1947 German helmet and accomplished his lifelong dream in 1993 by coming out in the Low Rider magazine. Joe had a great passion for cars and motorcycles of all types. Joe was also the owner of "Joe & Sons Classic Upholstery" he cherished the time spent working with his boys. In July of 1997, Joe's eldest grandson, Albert was born, shortly after that came Joseph in February of 1999 and Izaq in February of 2001. His first granddaughter, Sky, was born in May of 2002. Shortly after that came Ashlee in November of 2004 and little Masie in September of 2011. Joe was blessed to have seen his first great-grandson, Lucky, who was born in July of 2014. Joe lived to see Albert wrestle, Joseph play the tuba, Izaq play football, Alyssa play softball, Sky cheer , Ashlee play soccer - and run around after Masie and Lucky. Joe always put his family first, he taught his kids to work hard and take pride in everything they do. Everyone who knew him loved him, he will be remembered for his humor, his laugh and his smile. His wife, his kids and grandkids were his life.
