June Lillian Black, 92, of Hemet, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. She was born in Chicago, Illinois to George and Lillian Black on February 22, 1920. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, making cloths and cooking. In her free time she enjoyed gardening and growing peaches, berries and different fruits. June was very inquisitive, she knew and handled everything. June was a very outgoing individual and enjoyed socializing with others. She was a member of AAUW serving as Branch Parliamentarian and active with Bylaws and Local Scholarship Committees. June and her loving husband Edwin Black lived in the Hemet Valley for 35 years.
She is survived by her husband Edwin Black.
June's charming personality and kindness will be missed by all.
