Kenneth B. Gordon, age 93, of Riverside, California, passed away, Thursday, March 13, 2014, in Riverside, California. He was born on Tuesday, March 8, 1921 in Claycenter, Nebraska to the late Ralph E. Gordon and the late Mary Cecilia Burghart. He was the loving husband of Goldie Gordon. Kenneth served his country honorably in the United States Army. Upon his return from the Army he was employed by the Fire Department and retired as the Fire Chief. He was employed with the Fire Department for over 32 years.
Those left to mourn his passing, but cherish his memory is his loving wife, Goldie Gordon; Son, Douglas Gordon; daughter, Ginger Rea; 5 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends. He will be greatly missed, but forever loved.
Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California. Committal service will be at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 25, 2014, staging area #1.
