KENNETH FRANCIS WOOD SR. passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2019 in Menifee, California. He was born on January 4th, 1935 in Brockton, Massachusetts to the late George and Catherine (Spillane) Wood.
Kenneth served his country for 21 ½ years in the US Air Force. Then he workd for the city of Perris on the police department. Finally 20 years with the Post Office as a carrier in La Sierra, California.
He is survived by his loving wife, Janice of 65 years of marriage, his children and their families; 2 sons, Kenneth F. Wood Jr. (64) Michael F. Wood (62) and daughter, Theresa A. Harley (57) and by his brother, Gerald Wood (94) 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
There will be a Visitation at Miller-Jones Mortuary from 9-10am at 26770 Murrieta Rd., Sun City, CA 92586 and Graveside service at Riverside National Cemetery at 10:45am.
