Lawrence entered into this life on Saturday, November 7, 1931. He was born the son of Earnest and Ada Bennett. Lawrence was as an extremely honest man who showed good work ethics. He was humble and lived a simple life once he retired. While serving in the Air Force, he and his bride, Connie, traveled and were stationed in Japan and Germany for time. He was an Air Force pilot who would work at the March Air Force Base command post for 26 years. Even after retirement, his work ethic was so, strong as he gained employment as a forklift driver at StarCrest shipping in Perris Ca. for three years.. He really enjoyed his time with his wife Connie. Sometimes just sitting in the room watching taped shows and movies. Lawrence and Connie were never without pets and loved their dogs more than their children (from their kids' perspective). Until it was uncomfortable for hi, to sit up for extended periods of time, he would play board games when asked. Around the house, Lawrence enjoyed building things out of wood and fix things rather than just throw them away.
He leaves in the life to cherish his memory his loving wife of 58 years, Connie L. Bennett, three children, daughter, Linda Peckles, son, Scott Bennett and son, Michael Bennett, and six grandchildren, Riley, Coby, Ryan, Weiland, James, and Chayse.
Lawrence will always be deeply missed and remembered for everything good he demonstrated to us and we will love each other and live those things out every day, until we meet again
