Lillian was born in St. Louis, MO, to the late James and Josephine Donegan; married Edwin Leroy Fogel of Emmaus, PA, in 1950. Lillian and Ed traveled the country while Ed served in the U.S. Navy. They settled back in San Diego, CA where Lillian focused on raising their three beautiful daughters. Leilani and twins Levana and Lorelei.
Lillian volunteered her time at Blessed Sacrament Church and Parish School in San Diego and as a member of Thousand Trails and the Holiday Rambler Club, Lillian and Ed enjoyed RV traveling with family and friends.
Lillian was the youngest of three children and preceded in death by her sister Merle, brother James, oldest daughter Leilani and her husband of 62 years, Ed. Lillian is survived by daughter and son-in-law Levana and Tom Bajema; daughter and son-in-law Lorelei and Mark Hammargren; grandchildren Mackenzie, Brian, Austyn and Danielle.
