Loretta was a devoted wife and mother. She was a member of St. Martha Catholic Church. She enjoyed the company of her family and friends. For many years she was active at the Senior Center in Santa Ana/ Irvine. She devoted much of her time to her friends there. Her hobbies were, gardening, dancing, sewing, making crafts, scrap-booking and crocheting; she was proud to have made Afghans for the children and grandchildren for special occasions.
On Friday, September 27, 2013 Loretta passed away in Murrieta, California. She was preceded in death by her husband of 21 years James Keenan Foster; grandchildren, Luke Jordan Reichle, Julie Nelson and Jennifer Nelson and sister Becky Frost.
Surviving is her children, Richard Foster, Steve Foster and his wife Patti, Larry Foster and his wife Suzanne, Connie Reichle and her husband Jim, Mike Foster and Kathy Nelson and her husband Jim; 16 grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren; sisters, Berndett Oliver and Faye Scott as well as many other family members and friends.
