Lowell S. Jordan, 82 of Murrieta, California passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2013, in Riverside California. He was born Wednesday, April 23, 1930 in Vale, Oregon to the late Harry Jordan and the late Loraine Jordan.
Proudly Lowell served in the United States National Guard. For over 32 years he was a Professor at the University of California- Riverside Campus. He was a devout Catholic, and was a faithful member of St. Martha Catholic Church.
His hobbies included: fishing, hunting, carpentry, reading and traveling.
Lowell will forever be loved and cherished.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Catalina Jordan; sons, Gary Jordan and James (Deovina) Jordan; daughters, Diane (Allen) Hankla and Sharon (Tracy) Luster; step daughter, Luralyn Montecillo-Cruz; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Lauren Jordan; numerous nieces and nephews; adorable pet dogs Lady Princess and Jolly Joy as well as other family members and friends.
