He was born on Friday, June 21, 1946 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was the husband of Sally Davis.
Marvin served his nation honorably as a member of the Army during the Vietnam War. He was also a member of the Church of God - Fountain of Life. Marvin continued serving his community in Hemet as a member of the Police Department's Citizen Patrol.
He is survived by his son, Jeff Davis daughter, Marie, brothers, Dale, Douglas and Winston, and 4 grand children, Jason, Eric, Austin and Michelle.
Marvin was a devoted family man who loved to take his kids camping when they were little and enjoyed traveling in his RV. He was known for his strong will and independence.
Marvin was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
