Mary June Lind, age 101, of Hemet, California passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024. Mary was a trailblazer for women in the military. After her service in the military, Mary continued her passion for serving others as a registered nurse for the Veteran's Administration for over 36 years.
Mary was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, and aunt to all of her family. She will be greatly missed.
A funeral service for Mary will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory, 1501 W. Florida Avenue, Hemet, CA 92543.
Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 1:45 PM to 2:15 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518. Military Honors will be given.
