Mary Lily Zamorez, age 75, of Hemet, CA, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2011, at Ramona Manor Convalescent Hospital in Hemet, CA. Mary was born April 17, 1935 in Indio, California. Mary lived in the Indio, Coachella area all of her life. She was a hard working woman, she was a packer for 18 years. She was a great cook, everything that she made was just wonderful. Mary was also a great knitter, made outfits for the grandkids and lots of beautiful stuff. She was preceded in death by her husband Martin Zamorez. She is survived by four daughters; Margaret Zamorez
Barbara Delgado, Esther Corona, Estella Martinez, two sons: Gilbert Zamorez, Martin Zamorez Jr.; brother Joe Yanez and sister Toby Acosca. Many grand children, great-grand children, nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory Hemet , 1501 W. Florida Avenue, Hemet, CA. Family will receive friends and family on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Chapel Service will be at 10:00 am. Graveside service will be at 1:00 pm staging area #6 at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California.
