Matthew Dallas Scott, 38 of Temecula, California passed away on Friday, July 5, 2019. He was born Sunday, January 4, 1981 in Los Alamitos, California to Michael Scott and Janet Strunk. Matthew graduated from Sonoma State in 2006 and began working at Barney’s Tire and Wheel shop. He met Sarah Walkowiak in 2012 and recently married in 2018. He enjoyed playing golf, going to the gym, playing baseball as a youngster and softball as an adult. To say the least, Matt was talented on all levels and was a perfectionist as he was very determined. He was a friend to everyone and was kind, funny and loving, giving the best hugs ever! Above all he was the best son, brother and husband and will be dearly missed by all who loved him. He leaves behind his wife, Sarah Scott, mother, Janet Scott Skumawitz (Roalnd Skumawitz), Father, Michael “Barney” Scott, sister, Jessica and many dear friends and family.
