Michael Ashley

Michael Kent Ashley, age 71, of Hemet, CA., passed away Friday, April 20, 2012, at Manorcare Health Care in Hemet. Kent was born June 12, 1940 in Ventura, California. He was the son of the late Drew Ashely and the late Lorena Love (Mc Kinney) Ashley. He was a teamster in the construction profession for 30 years. Kent was a true cowboy, he also enjoyed fishing, hunting, gambling, going to the river, camping and going to his grandkids games. Also he was an avid wood worker. Kent was preceded in death by his son William Mitchell Ashley, his sister Thelma Louise Becker and brother Ronald Drew Ashley.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Donna Ashley; three daughters Cindy Marie Speir, Hemet, CA, Sandra Lorraine Gresham , Hemet, CA, Jennifer Dawn Faiella, Huntington Beach, CA; one son David Kent Ashley, Hemet, CA; two sisters Manette Bonita Hollingsworth, Oceans Spring, MS, Marilyn Kay Meadows, Hemet, CA; 13 grand children, 15 great-grand children.
