Patricia A Dick, 71, of Perris, California passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, in Perris, California. She was born on Wednesday, July 23, 1941 in Orange, Texas to the late Robert Lee Forward and Frances Gillory. Patricia was the loving wife of John N. Dick for 35 wonderful years. She will forever be loved, but never forgotten.
Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, John; mother, Frances; and children, Christina Bailey, Crystal Bailey, Clarence Bailey, Frances L. Gooding, Cleveland Bailey and Shanna Dick. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Lee Forward and step-father, Alvin Herd.
