

Paul Kenneth White , age 95, of Hemet, Ca. was born on Nov. 3, 1923 in Elco, Illinois to Jesse Earle White and Rosa Heater White. He passed away on Dec. 27, 2018 at Riverside Community Hospital, Riverside, Ca.
Paul was raised in southern Ill. with his 3 brothers, Weldon, 1913, Jesse, 1914, and Ted, 1917. He lived there for 34 years, then moved to NC. where he lived until 1959. He then moved to Ca. He lived in Arizona for several years then moved back to Ca.
He graduated from Tamms High School as Salutatorian in his class of 18, in 1941. He proudly and honorably served in the US Army from 1943-1948, WW11, serving in the US and Japan as Military Personnel Officer in the 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment and as Chief Warrant Officer. After he left the Army, he sold insurance and then worked in aerospace at Tubing Seal Cap Co. and Parker Hannifen for over 32 years as a Chief Inspector.
Paul loved fishing and was an avid fisherman throughout his life. Surf fishing was his favorite and he spent many years going to Loredo, Mexico where he loved making friends with the people and catching numerous fish.
Paul was married to Marcella Dishinger White (deceased, 2001) for 25 years. To this marriage was born Angela Dishinger Talmadge, and Paul David White (deceased 2002). Also was blessed with son, Freddie Earl Barnwell, (deceased 2016). There are 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grand children.
Paul then married Irene Owen (deceased 1994) which they were married 25 years and he was blessed with 3 children, Robert Getman, Debra Gallison Lowe, and Brian Tims. There are 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He is also survived by his loving companion of 23 years, Marion Piontkawski, age 101. And his faithful dog, Dude.
Services will be held on Jan.15th, 2019 at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd. Moreno Valley, Ca 92553. Visitation at 10:00am, Services at 11:00pm. Burial with honors at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren, Riverside, Ca. at 1:00pm. Reception following service at Miller-Jones Mortuary.
