Robert Bruce Hamilton

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Bruce Hamilton, who left us on June 5, 2025. Born on February 7, 1939 in Glendale, CA. Bob was a man who didn’t think twice about helping others and spread kindness to all who knew him.

Throughout his life, Bob dedicated himself to his work as a Firefighter Engineer where he made lasting contributions and touched the lives of many. Beyond his professional achievements, he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, family member, and cherished friend.

He is survived by his wife Kathleen, brother Bill (Edith), son Eric Hamilton, daughter Jennifer Markley, son Scott Hamilton (Amanda), and four grandchildren (Austin, Garrett, Mia, and Sabrina). He was preceded in death by his mother Veronica Rose Hamilton, father Thomas Bruce Hamilton, son Brent Hamilton, and daughter-in-law Tricia Hamilton. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.

A funeral service to honor Bob’s life will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 11:00 am. We invite all who knew and loved him to join us in celebrating his remarkable life.
