Roy Neal Bell, age 70, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away, Monday, May 20, 2019, in Riverside, California. He was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Roy Bell, Sr. and Dorothy Bell on January 23, 1949.
Those left to cherish his memory are sister, Patricia Bell; children, Mark Killion, Roy Cooper and Sonja Patterson.
Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 30, 2019. Funeral service will be at Miller-Jones Mortuary at 11:00 AM, Friday, May 31, 2019. Graveside service to follow at Perris Valley Cemetery, Perris, California at 1:30 PM.
