She was the daughter of the late Noal Marvin Cotner and the late Dorothy Marie Cotner
Those left to mourn her passing, but cherish her memory are her children; Kimberly Marshall, Jeffrey Marshall, Brandy Marshall. 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory - Perris, 1835 N. Perris Blvd., Perris, CA where the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday, February 10, 2015.
