Sandra Jean Navarro, 63 of Moreno Valley, California passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012, at her home with her family by her side. Born Saturday, November 13, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Angelo Panno and the late Barbara Spencer Panno. Surviving are son, William Chandler, daughters, Naeema Olatunji and Michelle Stanley.
