Susan Weeks, 64 years old of Moreno Valley, California passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019, in her warm and loving home. She was born at Saint Francis Hospital, Lynwood, California. Susan met her soul mate Terry while attending Lynwood High School. Susan and her high school sweetheart married in 1974. During this loving marriage, Susan and Terry have been blessed with three awesome children and six grandchildren. They moved their young family to Moreno Valley in 1983. There, she spent the rest of her life in many roles. She was a devoted and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Sister.
Susan is survived by her husband Terry, sister Sandy, three children Jody, Jenny, Jeff, four grandchildren and many other loving family members. Susan, our Mom and Nana is forever loved and sadly missed. “Thank you for the lifetime of loving memories, Love you.”
