Thelma was born on Thursday, May 1, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Charles Carter and the late Lula Abell Carter.
Surviving are sons Victor Anthony Carter & De Andre Moore. Dauhters; Nicolette Jovita Carter, Donna Kaye Mosley, Shiyvonne Carter & Cristal Lynn Bland.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday at Inglewood Park Cemetery located at 720 E. Florence Ave. Inglewood, California 90301.
Interment will be in Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, California at a later date.
