Tommy Carl Richards was born on April 3, 1960 to TC and Belva Richards in Perris, California.
Tommy is preceded in death by his father TC and sister Kim Villegas.
Tom is survived by son Casey Richards, his mother Belva Richards, sister Cherry Townsend, brother Wade Richards, and a host of family and friends.
Tom loved his life and was always happy to help family and friends. Tom left peacefully eating an Otter Pop which was his favorite and watching TV. He will be forever missed and cherished.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Miller-Jones Sun City Mortuary located at 26770 Murrieta Road Sun City, California 92585.
