

Victor Lopez, 60, of Riverside passed away on March 15, 2023 in the city of Riverside, California. Victor was a man that was loved by not only his family, but by many others. Victor was saved on December 7, 1994 and dedicated the last 29 years of his life to the Lord. He loved to speak the word of God to anyone that he could. In his spare time, he loved to read his bible, pray for his family, and fellowship with his friends and family. He also loved to cook, barbeque, and make salsas. His favorite food to eat was seafood. Victor enjoyed fishing with his boys and grandchildren. His favorite teams were the Dodgers and Patriots. Victor was a man known by quite a few names such as Papa, grandpa, Topo, Brother Victor, and even Sugarshorts. Victor was a man of many talents, but the best one was definitely his painting. He owned his business, A Ray of Colors, for 16 years. He also taught his boys to paint so they could carry on his legacy. Victor touched the lives of many people and he will truly be missed. Victor is survived by his wife, Veronica Lopez, his children, Victor (Alyssa) Lopez, Adrian (Tianna) Lopez, Antoinette (David) Modesto, Vincent (Monica) Lopez, Chellbie (Trey) Denley, Michele Lopez, Peter (Kimberly) Gonzalez, Anel (Andrew) Stevens, Mary (Cody) Goodwin, Steven (Jackie) Lopez, and his 28 grandchildren. He is also survived by his father, Manuel Lopez, his sisters, Ernestine Lopez Hernandez, Frances Lopez, Maria A. Lopez, and Dolores Olaez, and his brother, Oscar Lopez. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ernestina S. Meza, his sister, Leticia L. Rodriguez, and his grandchildren, Maci Rain Gonzales and Adam Uriah Stevens. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:30am at San Jacinto Assembly of God. A reception will follow at 12:00pm.
