Willard Eugene Higgins passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 11, 2016 in Hemet, California; he was born on January 22, 1940 in Mabie, West Virginia to the late Arnold and Wilda (Hathaway) Higgins.
Willard served his country in the US Army. He enjoyed wood carving, painting, camping and RVing.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte, of Menifee, California; his son and daughter n law Russell and Tammy Higgins; his grandson Jeromy Higgins and two great grandchildren Lyla and Zoey; his sister and brother n law DeLoryes and Roger Hicks and Dana Grimm.
