William Earl Farley was born on July 28th, 1938 to Victor and Selinda in Albany CA. He passed away at his residence on November 12, 2012. Bill was a very caring and loving person who loved to spend time with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Bill was a LT CDR. in the United States Navy, and toured on the USS Ranger. He served his country from 1956 to 1975. His favorite plane he flew was the F4 Phantom. Bill was married to his wife, Debra for (22) years, they enjoyed spending time together, sight seeing, and family outings. Bill also loved to fish, whether it was in the ocean or the local lakes and streams, but his favorite pass time was spending time with his kids, and grandchildren. Bill was a dedicated, and humble Christian man who ever so loved the Lord, sharing the lords word and we look forward to seeing him again in heaven. Bill is survived by his Wife, Debra; Son Danny; Daughters Gina and Tanya; Sisters Pat Brandon and Cindy Landrum; Brother Jim; 8 grandchildren,and 2 great grandchildren. Bill was a great man who will always be missed.
